A local primary school wanted to make the most of a sloped, unused section of the grounds.
Tucked away in the corner the children wanted a quiet area where they could sit and talk during breaks.

The result was what the pupils were to name ‘The Secret Garden’ - steps leading to a 5m x 4m raised deck with balustrading – a ramp for wheelchair access was added later.
