A rear garden in Bearwood, Birmingham that had become neglected and overgrown after the house had remained empty for a short time.
The lawn and hedge to the left hand side had become totally unmanageable – great for the local wildlife but not so good for the house’s new owners. Added to the difficulties was the slope that the garden stood upon.
The brief was to provide a large raised decked area at the top of the garden near to the house, a shaped lawn with planting areas, new fencing and a patio space at the bottom of the garden that gets the sun at the end of the day.
